Another day, another tour
Montserrat, and more Cava
Today we went on a tour to the Montserrat Monastery.
The tour also included Cava tasting and lunch so on the way there, Frederic from [Local CoolTour] took us to Llopart for some really really great Cava followed by lunch at nearby Mirador.
After lunch it was time to drive to the Montserrat Monastery.
It's located far up on the Montserrat mountain, which in itself is quite amazing. We had a look at the great views and the monastery before heading back to Barcelona and a nap at our hotel.
In the evening we simply went out to look for some food. Walking around just randomly turning we suddely stood outside a small asian fusion tapas restaurant, Brugarol, absolutely amazing food!
We finished off the evening with a visit to George Orwell Plaza, and to quote the best movie ever: "You could sit at home, and do like absolutely nothing, and your name goes through like 17 computers a day. 1984? Yeah right, man. That's a typo. Orwell is here now. He's livin' large. We have no names, man. No names. We are nameless!"
