A day in Valencia
Food and walking
The day started with a luxury 4 course breakfast at hour hotel.
The morning we spent walking around the old parts of the city and we stopeed by Lonja de la Seda (Silk exchange) and Plaça del Merkat where we found the Magnus alternative to an ice cream!

Next to our hotel is one of the two remaining gates that formed part of the ancient city wall (originally there were twelve of them),
Torres de Serranos. With a 2 euro ticket you can climb to the top and enjoy the view of Valencia from above.
With today's exercise taken care off we headed for lunch at famous Casa Carmella. The wood fired paella was as good as promised!
Very happy we set off for our next stop. the largest aquarium in Europe, Oceanografic. This is a really great aquarium and we also got to see a dolphin show!
After a short afternoon/evening nap we ventured out for dinner. Still pretty full from lunch we were in search for something light. Having a hard time finding a place serving food before 20:30 I found two places open and asked Magnus to choose one of them.
I was too tired to realize that it was a way to easy choice for him: The Market Craft Beer serving tapas or, Jamón Jamón serving.... as the name implies it was all ham!
It turned out being a great restaurant and the pig cheek was amazing!
