Nerja and Malaga
Caves and Friends
The day started with an epic breakfast with an epic view. I could get yoghurt, pancake & waffles without having to order 3 different breakfasts!
After a lazy start to the day we set out towards Nerja around 11. Our goal was to catch a light lunch before continuing towards the caves. We found a random lunch spot that had gotten some good reviews but the food was not on par with the reviews.
Sufficiently fed we set off to Nerja Caves.
We arrived just in time for our time slot at 14:00.
We did not know what to expect, the caves were huge!!! Unlike anything we seen before, quite a sight! Only downside was the high humidity in the caves making it a tad hard to breath.

Next we drove back down to Nerja and Balcon de Europa. It was also a perfect time to get some ice cream, unfortunately we did not get any pictures of the ice cream because Malin needed extra hands to not drop the gigantic ice cream she got!
Next we caught up with the itinerary we were supposed to do yesterday, our skipped stop in Malaga!
Here we visited Alcazaba fortress
Another cool fortress palace from a very long time ago!
We also took a strol around the old town, passed by the Cathedral and found some food at a nice Mexican place.

On our way back to Marbella, we stopped in Torremolinos to visit Anna and Simon Wåhlen who recently relocated there. We had a great time catching up!
